• 1) Delays caused by customs authorities, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
• 2) Loss, damage, or theft of goods in transit unless covered under an insurance policy.
• 3) Incorrect documentation provided by the client, such as misdeclared, undervalued, or overvalued items.

We are not responsible for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.

All client information and shipment details are kept confidential, except as required by law or customs authorities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates our terms and conditions, customs regulations, or engages in any illegal activities.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
